Work With Us for Meaningful Change

Trekking Compass (The Outcast)

Trekking Compass is nothing, but an idea if not for the team of passionate people working with us. We take our team selection seriously so that they reciprocate our seriousness and passion. Like Hellen Keller said, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." This company isn't a money catcher that we decided to start one day. We have a more promising future for Trekking Compass that we rigorously work towards and we expect nothing less from our employees. We trust that a shared potential, brainstorming, and open voices within our team will build us into our vision. To accomplish that, we want employees who are dedicated to the purpose. The way to our 'ideal type' is not easy. Are we looking to compromise? No. The Indian Himalayas and Our Culture are in a delicate situation. There is no room for slip-ups.

Who we're Not Looking for?

Q: Are we just looking for someone with a resume?

Answer: No! We want our team members to be deeply passionate about our work and the environment. Unfortunately, your qualifications won't be enough, your work should be driven by internal motivation.

Q: Do we value experience over enthusiasm?

Answer: Absolutely not! Enthusiasm often outweighs experience, but we will trust you to work and improve your experience over time. Are you rarely excited about what we do? You are not the best fit for our team.

Q: Is being a lone wolf acceptable?

Answer: Not at Trekking Compass! Collaboration and teamwork are revered at our workplace. If you prioritize your own agenda over the collective goal, you won't fit in here.

Q: Can negativity and complaints be tolerated?

Answer: No way! A positive atmosphere makes for a successful work output. If negativity is your go-to, you won't align with our uplifting culture.

Q: Are we indifferent to environmental issues?

Answer: Absolutely not! We're not looking for those who disregard sustainability. Our commitment to the environment is at the core of what we do. Our work is uplifting whatever we come in contact with. If it happens to be the environment, we are not backing down, we'll put up a strong fight for us and the coming generations.

Who we're Looking for?

Q: What kind of passion do we expect from applicants?

Answer: They should be adventurers—the MINIMUM QUALIFICATION. They should share our love for nature and be eager to take part in our commitment to environmental preservation.

Q: Do we value creativity and innovation?

Answer: Yes! We seek out-of-the-box thinkers. Any individuals who can contribute fresh ideas and work to elevate the trekking experience for our clients are welcome to join our team.

Q: Is teamwork a priority?

Answer: Definitely! We want collaborative spirits who can work flawlessly with other team members. Our success is built on mutual support and shared achievements. We win as a team, we lose as a team.

Q: Are we committed to growth?

Answer: Absolutely! We're on the lookout for individuals eager to learn. Someone who will develop their skills, and grow alongside us, building an impactful journey for the trekking community.

Q: Do we care about environmental responsibility?

Answer: Yes! We expect our team to be passionate about sustainability. They should be forthcoming, and actively participate in initiatives that protect the environment during our treks.

If you read and meet our requirements aptly, you are welcome to apply, we will revert within 10 business days. If not selected for some reason, we hope we can work together when you apply again.
